Our commitment
MB DeepRocket aims to make luresback.com accessible to people with a wide range of abilities, devices and assistive technologies. Our target is the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA.
Features built into this website
- semantic headings, landmarks, lists, buttons and forms;
- a keyboard-visible “Skip to main content” link;
- keyboard operation for navigation, product options, cart and checkout controls;
- visible focus indicators and sufficient colour contrast;
- text alternatives for meaningful imagery and hidden decorative graphics;
- labels and autocomplete information for checkout fields;
- responsive layouts that support zoom and small screens;
- respect for the operating system’s “reduce motion” preference;
- video that does not autoplay or block the critical page experience.
Known limitations
The short underwater demonstration does not currently contain spoken content. Its purpose is also described in adjacent text and the poster image has an alternative. Some product usage claims are best understood visually in the distance diagram; the adjacent “Attach, Slide, Retrieve” steps provide a text equivalent.
Third-party pages reached through links, and any future payment or carrier interface, are controlled by their operators and may not meet the same standard.
Compatibility
The Website is designed for current versions of major browsers with CSS and JavaScript enabled and for common desktop and mobile assistive technology. Core product and policy content remains in the HTML. The cart requires local browser storage and JavaScript.
Feedback and assistance
If you cannot access content, complete a task or need information in another format, email info@luresback.com. Please include the page, what you were trying to do, your browser or assistive technology if comfortable sharing it, and the format or help you need. We aim to acknowledge accessibility requests within five business days.
Assessment and improvement
This version was designed with automated checks, keyboard testing, semantic review and responsive inspection in mind. Accessibility is an ongoing process. We will review material design changes, new checkout integrations and customer feedback, and prioritise barriers by impact.
Enforcement
We encourage you to contact us first so we can resolve the issue. You may also contact the relevant equality or consumer authority in your country where applicable.
